Refund / Cancellation Policy

Thank you for purchasing our courses. We wish to guarantee that our clients enjoy a fantastic online learning experience. The terms and conditions that apply to the Refund Policy are listed here, just like they do for any online purchase. When you purchase a course from the jupiterpathshala.com you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and the conditions outlined below.

Cancellation & Refunds : Online Training

We understand that you might change your mind. We understand that some of our courses may not be completely relevant to you in your current need. As a result, we allow you to request a partial refund of your course cost within 72 hours of course activation. If the customer cancels within 24 hours after subscribing, 90% of the course money will be reimbursed. If you cancel after 24 hours but before the completion of 72 hours, 50% of the course money will be taken and the remainder will be reimbursed to your account. If the customer cancels after 72 hours of course activation, no refund will be issued. Please keep in mind that if more than three Modules have been accessed, cancellation is not allowed and no refund will be granted.

Cancellation & Refunds : Online Classroom Learning

Jupiter Pathshala, reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event because of instructor illness or force-majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, pandemic situation like COVID19, etc.)

• The refund request will not be accepted if you have attended the online classroom training for more than 1 day’s session or have accessed / downloaded course material from the learning portal.
• No refund will be provided on discounted courses.
• No refund will be provided for the academic institute tie up courses.
• There is no refund applicable on the degree programs. All the enrolments and payments made are full and final.
• In the case of refund, taxes amount will not be refunded.
• If due to any technical reason learners are not able to access the self-paced videos or class recordings and already attended the complete course through instructor led online classes then in that case no refund is applicable or a can be provided with a voucher for the amount equivalent of the 10% amount paid by the learner at the time of enrollment.

 

Refunds : Duplicate Payment

Refunds for duplicate payments made by customers will be performed through the same source (original method of payment) within 7 to 21 working days after notification. 

Note:- All refunds will be processed within 30 days of request’s confirmation and validation of refund request.
